La zona in cui è situato l'appartamento è tranquilla, nelle vicinanze ci sono parecchi parchi. L'appartamento, pur essendo piccolo è pulito ed ordinato, l'arredamento è moderno, in particolar modo la cucina. La dotazione di accessori è completa con accessori quali macchina del caffè con capsule e lavatrice con asciugatura dei capi.

La mancanza delle tende sulle finestre e l'odore di fumo di sigaretta proveniente dall'esterno. Le luci della camera che non si accendevano dell'interruttore principale ma solo da quelli posizionati vicino al letto. Va segnalato che trovare parcheggio in zona è veramente difficile.
