excelente a pousada, tudo super novo, funcionários extremamentes cuidadosos e atencioso, gostamos muito e como vamos sempre a noronha agora vamos nos hospedar sempre nessa pousada, a melhor que já ficamos em 5x que fomos para noronha

A localização é perfeita, em frente a um dos restaurantes mais bem classificados é pertinho da vila dos remédios.

Não achei nada hospitaleiro os funcionários, o café da manhã era dormido do dia anterior, e a moça que ficava na cozinha nada simpática, quando pedia água ela me oferecia água quente! No último dia tinha empada de frango azeda sendo oferecido a mesa! A limpeza do quarto era péssima, nao havia trocas de toalhas, nem reposição de papel higiênico tinha, no último dia tive que sair do quarto para pedir papel higiênico para a dona da pousada e ela me entregou como se tivesse fazendo um favor! Simpatia passou longe!!!

Staff were very nice and friendly, they also provided a really nice dinner for Christmas.

My hat disappeared from my room. They never clean the glasses in the shower and my mother in law said she saw black mold in her bathroom. They cleaned very well the bedroom when we arrived, but remaining days just made the beds, but did not clean under it. I booked some day trips with Lucas and last day the weather was not good to have the day trip and we did not get full refund for it. Taxi driver said it is much better to book it there directly with agents.

Customer service was great. Also great location. Close to the beach and good restaurants.

When we first arrived the room was far from what we saw in the pictures. It was very small, badly maintained and it smell like humid. There were holes in the bathroom floor and my boyfriend got electrocuted with the shower. They changed us to a better room, but it was still extremely overpriced for what we paid. The breakfast is not as good as it was advertised and there is only one table for all the guests to share, which is very annoying when you have girls jumping on the chairs because a few lizards around. It’s also from 7 to 9 am, which they could extend as when you are on holiday you want to have a little more time to sleep. There’s a family dog barking all day, specially in the morning and the owners don’t even mind of their guests when they cook and make barbecues with loud music at different times of the day. Since the place has thin walls you can hear everything.

A pousada e aconchegante você se sente em casa, um excelente quarto, decoração acolhedora e o atendimento a anfitriã da pousada é maravilhosa, super atenciosa, da várias dicas, ajuda e é super alegre!!
