We arrived from Liechtenstein, where we had been disappointed by the very poor hotel breakfast, and our first thought was to visit Billa and buy everything we needed for dinner. Our surprise was enormous when we opened the refrigerator in the apartment and found it fully stocked with food, milk, and fruit juices. We consider this an exceptionally generous gesture and a genuine sign of care for the guests. We were even more impressed when, on both mornings of our stay, freshly baked bread rolls from the Billa bakery were waiting for us at our door. The owner is an exceptional person—generous, thoughtful, and truly attentive to the comfort of his guests. Experiences like this are rare and deserve special recognition.

I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been better than what we received. Everything exceeded our expectations.
