"Noisy area and room not well maintained"

I booked the double room with balcony, it is spacious but...

The room is not well maintained, pillows and bedsheets were dirty and look unchanged. The walls are dirty and the bathroom is not clean at all. Very noisy area and hard to find when we arrived. Breakfast was included in our booking but it is not served at regular time and we have to chase to get breakfast The WiFi never worked.

"Pleasant"

Manager was very nice. Very central location to temples.

Street noise and pollution from fires outside, motorbikes, rickshaws. The pollution came into our room. Limited hot water for shower (small water tank) Taxis can't enter the city centre, so you need to get a rickshaw close to the guesthouse. The Wifi wasn't great. Luckily, we had our own.
