The adress we were sent to was not the property we booked on line, not even close. They owned multiple different buildings apparently and the one we were sent to stay in was not the one from the listing. It was of much much lesser value, not remotely as nice as the property we had booked than when I called the owners they asked me what I expected because I asked to change the booking a day later and was never told that I was also switching buildings. It was bad enough i didn’t even stay for the 2 nights I booked I went and booked at another place for 2 nights, the shower head was wrong and could not hang up was just laying down In the shower and missing half of the light fixture in the bathroom. No refund or anything was just told it was her lesson. Rude and unprofessional would not recommend booking with them.

The whole experience was ruined by the fact that nothing from the listing was what we got. I accidentally booked 2 days and couldn't cancel the one day or get a refund. The pictures posted and address were different from what we got. The place was dirty with dust and lack of care. The bed was broken and given a shotty repair, which was also broken. Nowhere did it say we would be sharing the property with other people. We ended up booking a hotel room and not staying in this obviously neglected "cash cow."

The accommodation was challenged on the day I was supposed to move in. Surprised to see the house was swapped to an older one, where a family of 5 are staying, only one washroom on main floor where my room is.

Very clean and spacious

Had a tough time finding the address. Actual address is different than the internet address. I wish the owner would sent me a text message about the address issue much earlier to inform me.

Nice location

The room is nice and it's big.

Not clean, hot, no AC, polyester bedding, receptacle hanging out of the wall, unfinished drywall patches, spout in sink splatters all over you, front door not usable etc...we pre-paid for two nights and left after the first.
