My driver never got to stay at the room that I booked & paid for because the room was “under renovation” and they tried to move him to another location too far for our needs. I want to claim for refund.

"In general fine, except for the sewage issue."

Good location, close to the venues we needed to be. Relaxed environment. Washing machine and fridge on site. When visiting Penang, we frequently stay here.

During this trip, one common bathroom on our floor had a sewage problem during our stay. To shower with your feet in waste is not great....Was not properly fixed. We could use the other bathroom, but problems like these should not happen or as a minimum should be properly fixed within a day.

Location near to Gurney Drive. Got hairdryer. Simple clothe rack.

No parking, no breakfast. The lift is old. No toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb.
