Very convenient n comfortable

I made an effort to contact the owner to reconfirm my booking even though i have fully paid. The owner said my booking for 2 nights is confirmed. Just before i check in at 2pm on the 1st day, the owner msg me that he wrongly accept double booking for the 2nd day (16th Sept, Public Holiday). He asked for apology but suprisingly ask me to find my own accomodation for the second day. Otherwise he will inform Booking.com (last minute) that he can only provide accomodation on the 1st day and that's that. I was terrified and informed him that is unfair because he only informed my when i already arrived in Penang ( i drove since 3am from Melaka btw). I got frustated and gave a warning to him just do not mess with me. I have made lots of plans while having holiday in Penang and i do not have time for this. He finally found a place for my family and me. Another suprise for me, the place that he found for me doesn't have any en-suite bathroom. Imagine me, my wife, and 2 small children have to go out with towels to shared bathrooms. How inconvenience..!! He did not offer any compensation even though that accomodation costs much cheaper that what i have paid for 2 nights. Sorry i need to tell all of these.. ☹️☹️☹️
