It was very tastefully decorated with care to the little details like the loccitaine toiletries, Dyson hair dryer, comfortable sofas in the room. It’s nice too that all guests have to leave their shoes by the lobby area . It keeps the lodging clean .i especially like the morning coffee brews. So special.

Only thing was that the water took a little too long to heat up. But it's a minor issue.

Amazing place! The room was so beautiful. We noticed that the designer pay attention for every little thing in the room. The also have private parking and supermarket just in front of the hotel and it was great advantage while we got late at the evening to the check in. They also served modern coffee by choice in the morning and it's so surprising!

The hotel has kitchen that you can use but only for microwave or plates and cutlery. We wish we could use a stove but it's not different than other hotels so that's fine.

Location was convenient, 8-10mins walk from hualien station. Lady boss was very friendly & nice to let us checked in earlier. She also help us with booking of taxi when we needed one to travel to the city area which was only about 8-10mins away by taxi. The rooms & common area were really clean, although the toilet light for the shower could be abit brighter. We’ll definitely stay again if we’re in hualien. 💛

Not at all

The property was furnished tastefully and was really cosy. Furniture was clean and comfortable and I really liked the extra effort to place an extra set of amenities outside our room when we didn’t ask to tidy the room. There were many local stalls to settle our meals nearby as well.
