Alicia is an exceptional host, very responsive to all comms. The house is located within easy walking distance to the Kew Gardens, Kew Gardens Village and Kew Gardens railway station. The bed was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

"All in all a perfect stay for research in The National Archives"

Perfect stay - Very close to The National Archives. Fridge, water cooker and toaster in the room is fine. Warm welcome.

TV set is a little outdated.

The location was perfect for visiting Kew Gardens which was why we stayed there. On street parking was always available. Very nice hosts

"Très bon séjour"

Logement très propre, confortable, au calme. Très pratique pour visiter le jardin botanique de Kew. L'arrivée est très simple et Alicia et Paul sont très réactifs.

The location is great and the room is good. Communication was quick and easy with Alicia.

I wish the mini fridge and microwave were updated. I had to toss food because the fridge wasn’t working well. Also the page says I can check out at noon but I was being hurried to leave at 10:30 the day I was checking out without any previous notice that I needed to leave early.

"Delightfully civilised stay in Kew"

Lovely welcome, a bright, spacious airy room with everything you need for a short stay. Friendly and helpful hosts. Fantastic location minutes pleasant stroll from Kew Station, ideal base for easy commute to central London on district line, quick bus ride into Richmond, and 5 minutes walk to Kew Gardens. A delight also to enjoy the pretty Kew Village with its notable makers/farmers market on first sunday of every month.
