El departamento es hermoso,super cómodo y carolina muy amable...La verdad que es súper recomendable 👏🏼 cuando vuelva de vuelta a Argentina lo alquilare nuevamente

The security outside the building was an absolute pleasure. She was kind and very helpful when we couldn't access our unit. She gave us the lobby wifi so we could contact the host and even came upstarts to see if she could help unlock the key box. The unit was like the pictures, large and clean, big patio. Location was walking distance to everything. Lots of places around for groceries, restaurants, and bars.

The unit needs some major upgrades. Very run down but you can tell they are trying to keep it clean. I was very disappointed with our Host Carolina. She gave us the wrong pass code to open the key box to access the unit (I am old school and printed her detailed instructions that included the wrong code so there was no way it was an error on our end). She did not respond to our messages as promptly as we would have liked. We waited over an hour and a half as we tried to attempt to get into the unit with the help of the security. She did not apologies for the inconvenience or acknowledge her mistake when she finally gave us the correct code. The payment was in cash and we didn't hear from her to pick up the payment until our second day. This was also a very unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient mess, as Caroline was to come by the unit and pick up the $ at an agreed upon time and did not make it. We had dinner reservations and could not wait at the unit for her so she gave us two options... 1) leave the cash with security (we were not comfortable as there was no proof/ trace that we left the cash) OR 2) She would come meet us at dinner. We were not comfortable caring that much cash around but at this point we wanted it done so dinner was our choice. We connected to the wifi and waited for her only to receive a message that a man is going to come get the money. She did give us his name but as two young women that do not speak the language we weren't loving this idea. Caroline message again to say he was there, we asked for him to come in as we felt it would be safer than handing a chunk of cash to a strange man on the street, however she asked that we come outside. So we left our dinner to hand cash to a strange man on the street. We also received two different totals $420.90US when we first booked with booking.com and on arrival we received a new total from Booking.com $363.40 US. I would have liked some $ off for the inconvenience.

Great modern apartment with great view and great location. Everyone from the building manager to the host and the security people were super nice and helpful.

Laundry was kinda annoying. There are only two washers for the whole building and you need to find a place that sells the tokens you need

Room is nice and has a beautiful view. Lots of space and very private.

It was like 8 degrees outside and there was no heater and concrete floors, I was freezing the whole time. No garbage can in the main area, only a tiny garbage can in the bathroom for a 5 day stay. Requested a receipt / invoice for the stay from the owner and they said they would send it but never did. I requested it again and have just been ignored.
