El departamento está muy bien conservado, cómodo, limpio. Oscar el portero muy amable. Buena ubicación, cerca de los transportes públicos y al lado hay un estacionamiento también. Para mi estuvo muy bien, para mi pareja le pareció un poco duro el colchón. Los aires funcionaban bien, pero por momentos en las noches parecía que no calentaban pero era entendible por la ola polar de esta semana. Si estas cansado, tenes en las cuadras diferentes opciones gastronómicas y locales para comprar si queres cocinar.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Tem um mercado em frente. Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Tanto a Analia como o Sr Oscar (zelador do prédio) foram muito atenciosos. Estava tudo muito limpo, com cheirinho de limpeza recente. Apesar de ser em uma área bem movimentada, o apto é muito silencioso.
