Penthouse - Palermo Hollywood - Amazing Bright

La estadía fue excelente. La ubicación del departamento, las instalaciones, la limpieza y la atención estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado. Como único aspecto a mejorar, la cama matrimonial estaba conformada por dos camas individuales unidas, las cuales se separaban durante la noche, generando una incomodidad que afectaba el descanso. Fuera de ese detalle, la experiencia fue muy buena y volvería a alojarme allí.

Lo luminoso y amplio de los ambientes, no se escuchaban ruidos de la calle, la seguridad del edificio. Muy cómodo

Nos hospedarnos 3 personas y nos dieron solo 1 llave de entrada al edificio

O local é espaçoso. Tem 2 banheiros o que achei ótimo! Tem um mercadinho ao lado! Bares e restaurantes tb próximo! Água quente nas torneiras é um diferencial!! O pessoal responde rápido!

A cama é muito macia! As roupas de cama estão bastante surradas e não param na cama!! Os cobre leitos estão com manchas! As toalhas tb estão bem usadas, com alguns furinhos! Achei meio largado!

3 dias no funcionó el ascensor. tuvimos que subir y bajar los 7 pisos. no hubo ayuda en ello. no vinieron a buscar las llaves, asi que tuvimos que bajar equipaje y luego subir a dejar la llave en el depto. No nos sentimos acompañados. Avisamos que vinimos por tema médico, pero no combinaron para recibir la llave.

The WiFi was strong and easy to connect. We were offered a late check out with no additional cost. Kitchen worked Large balcony

Upon booking, it states in the ad that late check in offered. After the room deposit was paid we were told there was an hourly fee we had to pay to the person who would provide us the keys for every hour we arrived after check in hours. (This was not listed in the ad as an additional cost) The advertisement states there are laundry facilities. However, this is not listed as an additional cost. There is laundry in the building you can pay to use. However, to use the laundry you have to buy tokens from select stores. This is not the owners fault, but a building issue if you're not a heavy sleeper. Water pipes run directly behind the wall at the head of the bed. All throughout each night if anyone uses hot water, we would wake up as its not a sound in the distance, it's loud pipes right next to your face.

Mattresses need replacing, toilet/bathrooms had drain smell

The place and location are good. Is great to stay with friends.

Staff who manage the property is not good. They send you a lot of messages asking things days before, instead of send you what they need at once. They are complicated for check in and out.
