It is very well situated and you can take a little city hike to many of the popular areas of Buenos Aires, parks, galleries, Palermo district, and it’s one step away from the brutalist library. The host Frederico was very accommodating and friendly, and he helped me out on both of the nights I spent there, one on my way out to Ushuaia and one on my return before heading back to France. Both times were made easy and smooth thanks to his help. The apartment is cozy and simple, quiet and with all necessary amenities. A very good value and a trusted host.
