The location was perfect. 1&1/2 short blocks to the subway!!! Very safe and restaurants and stores all around!!! Very efficient elevators, never had to wait. The beds were very comfortable. The building manager Vicente went above and beyond to help. The host checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything!!! Very kind

No complaints. I enjoyed my stay and will try to stay there again on my next trip to BA!!!

Ubicacion y las camas

Depto antiguo, olor a humedad, vajilla de plástico, poca calefaccion, paredes muy finas se escucha la conversación de los vecinos, es más a partir de las 7,45 u 08,00 ha es imposible dormir

Tiene buena ubicación cerca del subte y en un barrio tranquilo. Muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía, excepto shampoo y acondicionador.

La ventana está tapada con listones (tiras) de madera, que no permiten ver hacia afuera y oscurecen el apartamento.

Muy cómodo, bien equipado, buena ubicación.

Hay que mejorar el aspecto, pintura y pisos. El baño hay que modernizar, artefactos muy viejos.

We had an excellent stay here. Great communication with the host and a really nice man was waiting at the door for our arrival. They let us check in at 11am which was great. Lovely appartment with comfy beds, tv with loads of sports channels, really fast wifi, good kitchen facilities and dining area. The host even left a pot of sweets for us to enjoy during our stay. Located in a great area right by the metro.
