Landhaus Barbara

The location is nice and quite but is close to Kitzbuhel and Fleckalmbahn (5min drive). There are some restaurants a short walk away. There is easy ski and boot storage right next to the parking spaces - so no need to lug stuff too far up and down stairs.

Breakfast wasn’t provided, but we opted in to the rolls that the host delivered every morning. They were delicious! Plus a coffee pot was provided, and a little cooktop and toaster oven was available when we wanted to have eggs or a simple meal. The bed was very comfortable and the towel warmer in the bathroom was lovely. The mountain views were amazing and we loved that the location was away from the main hub, but still only a five minute drive away from the ski areas. The is plenty of parking near the ski areas and the at the central shopping area at a reasonable cost.

We kept forgetting buy a box of Kleenex, so we felt bad we went through a lot of toilet paper. We didn’t expect it to be provided, but maybe it’s a helpful suggestion to the host.

Barbara was there to answer our questions. She even order fresh bread for us each morning. Great place, great location, quiet place, 2 large bedrooms.
