Me gustó que tuviera balcón trasero aunque la vista sea solo a los edificios de la manzana. Otra cosa es que tiene buena presión de agua. Y distintas persianas para regular la entrada de luz

No me gustó que no tuviera tostadora, un buen cuchillo grande y tabla para picar. Las sábanas no eran del tamaño ideal para el colchón y se salían a cada rato. No pude prender el horno eléctrico.
