Our group of 5 came happily from Munich to ski in Stubai. We have already been here three times in 2026, and these are the last few days of the ski season. The two-night stay was perfectly fine. After breakfast on the morning of check‑out, since we had to vacate the room by 10:00, we placed our breakfast dishes into the dishwasher, took away all the rubbish, and wiped the table. Unexpectedly, we received a message at noon claiming that the kitchen was very dirty and demanding a mandatory cleaning fee of €50. We would very much like to know what the cleaning standard is. If the landlord considers it dirty, what evidence is there? What is the basis for the €50 cleaning charge? So far, the landlord has been unable to provide any evidence of dirtiness, nor clearly explain the fee structure for the cleaning charge. We look forward to the landlord's reply.

Es war alles ordentlich, sauber und hübsch ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich. Toll war der Brötchen-Service bis an die Tür. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Auch toll die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage, erspart das Kratzen im Winter.
