Prostorný, krásný a čistý apartmán. Vybavení kuchyně perfektní. Nádherný výhled na hory. Majitelé velmi příjemný a milý.

Klausenstein Gutshof was a fabulous place for us to stay. We visited in June with extended family. The accommodation is spacious, each bed room has it's own large en-suite, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It is a working dairy farm, which we loved. You need to be fully self-sufficient to stay, I would suggest a visit to the supermarket to pick up supplies before you arrive, there are several close by in Mittersill or Bicheln. The bedrooms were well-appointed with lovely linen. Our hostess Barbara could not have been more helpful, she recommended places to eat out, as well as organising us a taxi to bring us there when we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I lived closer!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und sauber. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon, der einmal um die ganze Wohnung rumging und einen tollen Blick auf die Berge ermöglicht. Das bedeutet allerdings auch, dass sich die Unterkunft recht hoch am Jochberg befindet und man als Fußgänger mit steilen Wegen von und zur Unterkunft rechnen muss. Von der Unterkunft bis zum Tal sind es ca. 45 Minuten zu Fuß. Man sollte idealerweise also mit dem Auto anreisen, um hier stets mobil zu sein. Die Gastgeberin Barbara war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat unmittelbar auf jede Nachricht und Frage reagiert und war stets für uns da. 😊 Wir können die Unterkunft sehr an Familien empfehlen, die eine gemeinsame Auszeit in ruhiger Natur suchen.

Very nice roomy apartment with lots of space and balcony with a superb view. Friendly host, fresh milk and eggs from the host delivered to your doorstep, rollls can be ordered from the local bakery , nice restaurants nearby and the pistes at the top of the Resterhohe are a nice mix of red and blue but such that you can navigate the entire ski area with predominantly blue piste as well. And our friends had their 25th anniversary during our stay and the local bakery helped to make that unforgettable with a anniversary cake at the top of the mountain.. Really nice area and friendly folks!

The apartments fully met our expectations and even exceeded them, looking better than in the photos. The host, Barbara, was incredibly welcoming, assisting us throughout our journey and entire stay. The apartments are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: comfortable mattresses and pillows, all necessary kitchen utensils, a barbecue, and excellent soundproofing. Barbara kindly recommended a ski equipment rental service where we could get a discount (the apartments are also equipped with a storage and drying room for gear). There’s convenient parking for a car, and the ski lift is just a 5-minute drive away. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!
