De vierkante meters oppervlakte van het appartement en er was qua huisraad aan alles gedacht

Tijdens ons verblijf in het gehuurde appartement hebben wij helaas te maken gehad met kakkerlakken en overig klein ongedierte. In overleg met de verhuurder zijn wij daarom genoodzaakt geweest om te verhuizen naar een ander onderkomen, i.v.m. onze gezondheid. Dus alle uitgepakte koffers weer opnieuw inpakken, om onze vakantie te vervolgen. Het appartement vertoonde openstaande plinten, kieren en hoeken waarin zich voedselresten van eerdere huurders hadden opgehoopt. Deze omstandigheden vormden een duidelijke voedingsbron voor ongedierte, hetgeen voor ons tot overlast heeft geleid. Wij beoordelen dit verblijf dan ook als zeer slecht. Na een jaar hard werken hadden wij gehoopt op een ontspannen vakantie, maar deze verwachting is helaas niet waargemaakt. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding daarom als slecht beoordeeld, ruim 200EU/nacht is veel te duur voor een appartement waar de hygiëne niet op orde is.

Abfluss Dusche verstopft - Gestank, Kellerasseln, Kaffeemaschine undicht, Pfannen Teflon beschädigt, Tisch nicht gewischt-obstfliegen, wenig funktionierende TV Progrsmne, TV Schlafzimmer ging gar nicht, Kleiderschrank instabil, Spinnenweben, Dreck unterm Bett, angeschmolzener Pfannenwender, Duschschlauch undicht, Haare von Vermietern an den Stühlen und Gardinen , Terrasse dreckig, Unkraut , Steckdosen Bad verdreckt.
