Erzherzog Johann Relax Appartements

Das Appartment ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestatttet.

KEIN WARMWASSER ZUM DUSCHEN! Leider gab es am späten Nachmittag/Abend (wir haben zwei Nächte - Fr und Sa - übernachtet) kein Warmwasser, was heißt wir mussten kalt duschen. Vermutlich gibt es im Haus einen Warmwasserspeicher, der dann geleert war (Freitag wollten wir um ca 20h nach einem langen Reisetag duschen, Samstag um ca 18h nach einer langen Wanderung). Beide Male haben wir das Wasser minutenlang laufen lassen aber es wurde nicht warm. Grundsätzlich gibt es aber Warmwasser, weil morgens/vormittags Warmwasser in der Dusche verfügbar war (bringt einem halt nichts wenn man nicht verschwitzt schlafen gehen möchte). Ich weiß nicht ob die anderen Gäste hier den ganzen Tag das Warmwasser laufen haben lassen oder was sonst das Problem war aber Warmwasser ist schon essentiell wenn man sich ein Hotel/Appartment bucht.

The location was perfect for the wedding activities we were in town for. It seemed like a safe and quiet area. It had a lot of space which was nice. It had a shower & bathtub.

The listing was misleading - in the description of the property it says the apartment has A/C however, it did not and when we reached out to the host about this they told us that further into the booking process we should have seen that the A/C option was removed. It was EXTREMELY hot since there is no air flow (even with all the windows open) and although the apartment had baby furniture it wasn't actually optimal for a baby - unfortunately our baby could not sleep in the heat. The shower is small and there wasn't enough toiletries for the amount of days that we booked. The pricing was hotel prices but the service and offering just didn't match the price.
