The apartment is newly renovated and well equipped. The key handover was very easy and Mr Hermann was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a later check-out and this was accepted. The apartment is located 15 minutes walk from the ski lift. The neatest shop is just in the corner and a larger one 5 minute walk.

Shutters did not work and curtains only do not refrain the light from letting in. Since a hotel is located in the front of the apartment, the car lights were noticeable. Nothing more to report.

The property manager was great and assisted where he could.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hinterglemm/Saalbach, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was great and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was also excellent, providing clear instructions and communication throughout the booking process and during our stay.

However, one downside to the experience was the "housemaister", or the grumpy old man in the building. Unfortunately, he was quite unpleasant and seemed to be like a wannabe police officer. For example, he complained to us about parking our car with the back to the building, stating that it was not great for him and the pollution. We tried to explain that it was an electric car (tesla) and therefore did not produce any pollution, but he still seemed unhappy... Despite this negative aspect, I still highly recommend this apartment for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and great host. Just be prepared to deal with a difficult housemaister who may make your stay less enjoyable.
