Almufer-Appartements

Die Lage war super! Nicht stark befahren, dadurch angenehm ruhig, trotzdem alles notwendige gut erreichbar (Spar 3min mit dem Auto, Spielplatz 5min zu Fuß über einen schönen Weg entlang des Flusses). Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war wirklich sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft war überraschend groß, was wir gar nicht so erwartet hätten. Extrem viel Stauraum, Ablageflächen, sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne. Alles sauber und frisch, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gemangelt. Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder.

Very kind host, she was very helpful. Luisa also provided all kind of informations, so our arrival was very easygoing. The house is so peaceful, that we could hear the silence. It was so refreshing. The appartement is quite big, some part new and modern some a bit older, but does not lack anything, and it is very clean. Kitchen is very big, perfect for someone with allergies. We had a nice time there. The heating was also fine. So it was almost perfect. Parking is also directly in front of the house. Internet connection without problem. Shops, railstation about 800m, with car everything easily available. A beautiful river about 50m away.

The toilet smelled not good even it was clean, so closing the window is not a good idea. But it is still ok. What I did not find OK is that a part of the silicon of each window is having mold in it (nothing else was involved,probably from the water flowing down the window and the lack of wiping it off every day)... and I really had heavy coughing indoor, and sleepless nights. So I can offer this apartment if you do not have lunge and allergy issues.

Das Appartment war total sauber was mir sehr wichtig ist. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet es fehlte uns nichts an Küchenutensilien. Für Familien total zu empfehlen. Zwei getrennte Doppelbettschlafzimmer.(Wo man aber mit Leichtigkeit noch ein Reisegitterbett dazustellen kann da die Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig sind) Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Toilette extra. Wohnzimmer total gemütlich mit großer Couch viel Platz. Küche sehr geräumig mit Esstisch. Es waren alle Räume im Erdgeschoß. Da wir zum Schifahren in der Grünau bzw. am Kasberg waren, ist es super das es noch Heizkörper gibt so wie früher ;-) wo man die Schikleidung zum trocknen aufhängen kann und es war schön warm in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super gleich in der Nähe ist der Bahnhof, SPAR und ein ADEG im Ort Grünau (beim ADEG gibt es einen 24Std. Selbstbedienungsladen mit wirklich ALLEM was man braucht-das ist sehr praktisch) und zum Kasberg sind es ca. 8 min mit dem Auto. Luisa (die nette Dame aus dem Chat) hat uns bestens über alles Informiert auch wenn wir uns nie gesehen haben .

Die Lage war top und die Unterkunft schön groß und einladend. Wir kommen gerne nochmal.

Excellent guest house for families! Clean and big rooms. So nice owner, friendly and very helpful! Quite and peaceful neighborhood. Many outdoor activities in the surrounding area: swimming in the lakes, cycling, tracking... We strongly recommend it during summer!
