Haus Annemarie Apartments Kartitsch - Hochpustertal

Beautiful location. Our apartment was sparkling clean, big and spacious, furnished with new and tasteful furnitures. Bathroom was like new, clean and elegant. Very comfortable bed, big and well equipped kitchen, beautiful view from the balcony. Pretty quiet, and tranquil place. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive to our needs, although did not speak English, but we still managed to understand each other :) The location is excellent to reach the Italian Dolomites by car. There are also a lot to explore in the nearby Austrian Alps too. I highly recommend to mountaineers, couples, small families.

Appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto: lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, televisore con i canali italiani, tende oscuranti per le finestre (di solito sconosciute in Austria e Germania), pentole e padelle di ogni misura, lavello doppio, prodotti per le pulizie. La vista dalla terrazza della camera è sensazionale, su di un pascolo verdissimo con le montagne sullo sfondo. Silenzio e pace assoluti. Ottimo parcheggio sotto casa. Mappe e materiale informativo a disposizione. Padrona di casa premurosa e simpaticissima, disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci ha acceso subito il riscaldamento perché dopo la pioggia il clima si era un po' rinfrescato. Da Kartitsch in mezz'ora si raggiungono bellissime località per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta, sia italiane che austriache.

Posizione eccezionale. Vicino a tutte le comodità e ai servizi, ma allo stesso tempo decentrata. Vicino al corso d’acqua e a un grazioso ponticello che lo attraversa. Appartamento spazioso e attrezzato di tutto. Bagno nuovo. Camera da letto molto comoda. Balcone fantastico, con vista sul monte Cavallino. Annemarie, la proprietaria, disponibile e gentile.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, wunderbare Lage mit toller Aussicht, wirklich gute Ausstattung. Wanderungen direkt vom Apartment aus möglich.

It’s very spacious, has nice mountains view and the village, as well as its location is pretty good. The parking is big enough for 3-4 cars. Although I didn’t use all the facilities and amenities but I can assure you will gets what all need you. Also,I liked the balcony with the flowers and the outside tables. The internet was good for social media consumption and browsing ( didn’t test it for video/movie streaming) The host is very friendly and she welcomed us in the check-in and gives us a very delicious home made marble cake the day before the check-out. I think she is only speaks German, and I used ChatGPT live chat as translator. I see the property as the typical Austrian country house in terms of design, furniture and the facilities. Hence, if you would like to experience Austrian village life, you’ll not be disappointed.

The apartment (part of the house) was fantastic but the entrance to the house and the stairs smelled like aged/fermented cheese or some sort, and it was not pleasant. Although I had a very very strong smell sense (known for this among people around me), I didn’t ask or complain to the host about it as the smell was just in entrance (nothing in the apartment nor the balcony or opened windows) and I didn’t want to be rude to her. Also, as for every country house, the bug and insects might be a problem for you if keep the windows opened long enough at the daylight or at night ( specially if you turn the lights) as there were no window screen (anti-insects net) which is not usual to find in big parts of Europe. Finally, the apartment was in the first floor ( above the basement floor and the ground floor) is accessible only with two stairs which is very challenging when loading up luggage or heavy loads, so you need to be aware of that. However, those three things will probably not hold me back to rebook it again or even recommend it to my friends and families as they are typically found in almost every country house in Austria, and part of experiencing the Austrian lifestyle.

We are very glad of our vacation..Lady owner was very nice and helpfull for us. She offerd us very tasty homemade cakes. The beds were very comfortable and we had a many space in apartment. And beautiful mountain view .Everything was perfectly Thank you
