The owner is very kind and helpful. They reacts to any messages or request very quickly and usually with positive outcome. Place was very clean, kitchen is amazingly well equipped and everything looks brand new. Huge plus is sauna for yourself. :) Ski lifts are not far from accommodation but I would recommend go there by car, because bus schedule is very bad. Its a little pity that owner does not offer to ride you there with their van which was parked outside. We had room to the road, which was a bit frequent with the traffic, but no noice as long as the windows/doors were closed (experience could be different in summer).

Superb, modern apartment with superb location, the first where we stayed as a family. Very close to the slopes so easy to reach the main ones like Planai , Reiteralm or Hochwurzen. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need to create your own meals or store your ski goods and all these in high quality. You have your own sauna which is a big plus. The optional breakfast prepped by Susi is highly recommended!

These are personal ones but our apartment facing the road was a bit noisy to my “sharp” ears due to the sometimes heavy traffic on the main road nr 320. I also missed some carpets from the floor so it could help minimise the noise from the other apartments coming in by softening others steps in their own apartment. In the meantime the rest of the family did not realise anything from these.

Location is excellent - close to main road and with beautiful mountain views from windows. Apartment very comfortable -well equipped and with large freshly renovated rooms. Very polite hosts. Separate room on ground level for ski storage and skiing boot drying. We definitely recommend this place for stay with children.

Children had to say for night sleep in room where is located kitchen. When dishwasher is working there is a noise which disturbs their sleep. Not a big problem, if dish washing time is adjusted to other time.

Great apartment - very comfortable and neat. Two bathrooms, equiped kitchen, sauna... Beyond that - host was lovely, attended to all our requests (additional requests to the room, travelling advice etc). Truly ecommended!

Very nice house, new, well equipped apartment. with great backyard playground for the kids. The location is centrally positioned in the Schladming area and you can quickly get to local attractions. Beds are also very comfortable.

Nothing really to dislike. Maybe I would have liked a different option for soap dispensers but that’s just personal preference.
