"Great apartment in superb location"

We loved the apartment. The location in Palermo was superb, very close to a large number of shops, bars and restaurants. Communication was good before arrival and the online check in made things much easier on arrival. The WiFi worked very well for us - they now have a new server. The AC/heating was effective, the bed was very comfortable & the shower was good and hot. It was everything that we could have hoped for.

The bathroom was a bit 'tired' and in need of some improvement
