Landhaus Martinus

The price was very good so this is best value for money you can find. The distance to the gondola was 2min walk so no ski-bus or long walking needed. apartment had a nice balcony (though it was too cold to sit outside) and free parking was very helpful as there is no free parking in Solden. WIFI was OK-ish and inconsistent, sometimes very good and sometimes very slow. Hot water with good water pressure all day long. I recommend and will come again.

Kitchen was very basic and it was hard to cook dinner. A toaster oven would have been very helpful and maybe a larger cutting board. Washing machine didn't work and although technicians came to take a look the machine "worked" but didn't clean anything so we had to wash everything by hand. Check-out is at 9:00am which is kinda early (usually it is 11:00am).

The location was great by the ski rental, next to a great bakery and close to a gondola. The beds were comfy, Ski storage was good. Nice to have a dishwasher. Make sure you check out the bridge by the supermaket - it's so cool.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, the towels smelled of mildew and the soaps were all very watered down. The accommodation asked for extra money for tourist tax and a cleaning fee on top of the initial price. They requested for the money to be paid by international bank transfer and when their bank charged a €10 fee on the transfer, they then requested a further €100 from me.

Bed sheet was worn out and has holes. Towels were not clean, and some issues on bathroom handle were broken. Shower gel was too watery. Pillow seems used

Great location, just 200 m from Gaislachkogl Gondola and from the slope back to Soelden. The apartment is very nice, clean, fully equiped and with a parking spot. The view is not great as the building is a bit in the back from the street, but hey, cannot complain. There's a bakery next door and all the restaurants are just a 10 min walk, and there is one also next door which became our cantine. Online checkin easy.

Nothing to complain about, the place was just great, and a very good value for the price.

Great appartment, clean spacious and close to the lift. Plenty of space to store equipment in the kit room. The kitchen area was useful too.

Maybe checkout could have been a little later. Even 10am would have helped as our transfer to the airport was at 11 for an afternoon flight.
