وجود موقف للسيارة مجاني

تحتاج الشقة الى تكييف. وايضا دورة المياه تحتاج الى شطاف ماء وفتحه تصريف ارضي للماء. ايضا عدم وجود ادوات الشقه من مستلزمات مثل صابون لليد ونظافه. و مكواه للملابس.......
