Apartment Schwarzindien

Location is really good, there is a public beach nearby But you definitely need a car if you would like to go to the nearest city. There are no real restaurants or grocery store in Schwarzindien Most of the flat has been refurbished so it looks like new There are some art pieces embedded in the walls which gives the apartment a touch of uniqueness

There are at least 2 apartments for rent in the house. We had the ground floor one and the terrace is shared with the above apartment. Therefore you have them in front of your windows. Another unit was rented by a group of 5-6 young guys, so they were spending their evening time on the terrace (in front of your room windows). Not that quiet.. Entry is through the bathroom, which is not convenient. The shower is an open one, so every time you use it, you flood the whole bathroom There was a remaining smell in the apartment as if it was not enough ventilated

I loved everything about our stay. The host and the story behind the property are both charming and inspiring. The garden and house are truly beautiful, and the host takes exceptional care, paying attention to every single detail. Two proud cats roam the property, adding to its unique charm. The kids were thrilled with the place, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a playground available for them. The neighborhood is extremely friendly, my daughters made new friends and spent whole days playing outside. The walk to the lake is just a few minutes, and the view of the mountains is impressive. I would love to return to this place one day and extend my warmest gratitude to the host. True and pure connection to nature.

not really comfortable beds, didnt get good sleep, main entrance to apartment through bathroom also not happy solution ….otherwise ok

Nice, clean, and spacious apartment. The kitchen was well equipped.

During hot days it can be really hot inside.
