Apartment Villa Leopoldskron

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. The apartment was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were great quality. The rooms were very spacious and the living area was comfortable and practical for relaxing after a long day. It was also by far the most equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in — the host truly thought of everything. There were hair tools including curling irons, sanitary pads, cotton pads, ice packs, Q-tips, umbrellas, and so many other thoughtful extras that made the stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. We also loved the layout, especially having the toilet separate from the bathroom, which made it feel like having two bathrooms. The location was very practical as well — just a short walk to the bus stop, and the bus gets you to the city center in about 5 minutes. It’s also walkable if you prefer, and public transit is free with the city tax, which was a huge bonus. The host was super friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again.

One thing to note is that there was no AC, so we had to keep the windows open most of the time. Since the apartment is in the basement level, this did allow some bugs to come in occasionally, which could be a little uncomfortable at times.

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist ideal, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn Essbereich, eine Küche mit Stehtisch. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuß super erreichen. Einfach nur ein Traum!

I stayed at Villa Leopoldskron in Salzburg, and it was absolutely dreamy. The building itself has four floors, and the apartment on the top floor felt like a dream. The surroundings were pure Salzburg magic—lush forests, scenic paths, and great hiking right nearby. The walk to the old town took about 15 minutes, and it was picturesque—truly a lovely stroll or an easy bike ride. Inside, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. There were two separate bedrooms with doors, each fitting two people, plus a sofa bed in the living room—perfectly accommodating up to six. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with everything you’d need, and the bathroom was equally spacious. It never felt cramped, just open and welcoming. All in all, it’s a perfect spot, and I’d definitely stay here again!

La struttura è dotata di tutto, qualsiasi cosa per la cucina, e per il bagno. È anche per la colazione Caffe , tè zucchero , latte, marmellata. La casa è molto bella. Asciugamani molto morbidi.

La distanza dal centro era maggiore di quello che mi aspettassi!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property

Le logement est très agréable, très propre, au calme et parfaitement équipé. Sabine est une hôte très aimable, prévenante et flexible. Elle nous a par exemple permis d'arriver une heure plus tôt et de partir une heure plus tard. Comme elle vit sur place, la communication était personnelle, rapide et simple, ce qui est plutôt rare de nos jours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir !

The Villa was wonderful! Hubert communicated very well. He provided a lovely bottle of wine that was enjoyed. VERY well appointed
