Spacious (double bedroom plus 4 foldout beds) & airy. Ample kitchen utensils. Generous supply of all consumables. Thoughtful host who manages with a light touch. Interesting blend of bauernstil & modern decor, excellent trompe l'oeil painting in bedroom. Large garden, various seating, barbecue facilities, area of about 3 tennis courts, cut occasionally which allows meadow flowers to grow, but short enough to walk in with ease, & cut short near house. Rural location, livestock plus timber harvesting. Good hiking: in the valley, locally below the Steinernes Meer plateau & further afield. Excellent guest card includes daily trip up & down local lifts, free entry to bathing facilities & free transport throughout the province (Lande) of Salzburg, delivered in advance as a QR code so usuable for journey to & from property. Good bus service to most local areas hourly duing the day.

Generally v good. 'Could have done with a toaster & a coffee filter machine instead of Tschibo capsules' is the the only (constructive) criticism I can offer, & shows how good the place was in my view.

Semi rural location and the apartment was huge. Had everything we needed and more. Beautiful rural views and close to the town centre. Stay there again

Nothing to not like

Really large property. Fantastic host.

If you like old fashioned place you will enjoy the furniture, fireplace and more. It was clean and spatial. Good price and nice place close to cross country skiing trails. Quiet place.

Risk that someone forgets to return the key - only one for three apartments in a key box.

The garden needs some management like cutting the grass, removing the spider net around chairs etc.
