Appartements Huber

They had a Sauna and we never had to fight for a spot in it. There was an elevator to get our things into our apartment and the apartment is right above a supermarket, that's super convenient! If you're going to ski in Spieljoch then the bus literally leaves outside the house. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfy. They listed it as a 4-person apartment but with the couch 6 people would've easily had room in there, really spacious. There was unlimited warm water and seperated toilet/shower rooms. We'd come back here next year because it wasn't too expensive and we enjoyed our stay!

The whole house felt a bit like a fever dream, like it was built by someone that heard stories of what a house looks like. The main door had an interesting new concept to stay unlocked, there was a key ziplocked to it. The elevator had a level that stopped in the middle of a staircase, nothing else on that stop. The shower had no curtains and so the water went everywhere. The blinds didn't fully close on a shared balcony with a bunch of other apartments. The Sauna was reachable by climbing through a window-ish door onto a balcony. The oven fully warmed up after a good 30mins of preheating, the dishwasher definitely did not like washing dishes. Those are some of the oddities that made us laugh but also felt kinda weird. If you want to ski in Hochzillertal, the bus leaves and arrives ~10 walking minutes from the house. We didn't have the listed microwave, which we didn't think we needed until we actually wanted to reheat some food on the last day.

A large pot does not work on an induction hob. The apartment lacks a clothes hanger for drying clothes. We borrowed a coat hanger from the hallway in front of the apartment.

location perfect, close to everything we needed, shop, bar/cafe, swimming pool, ski lift.. amazing location. Host was super helpful and friendly.

the bed was very hard.. personal preference but wayyyyyyyyy too hard for me.

The mountain view on the balcony is wonderful. The supermarket on the first floor is so convenient.
