* Great location- short distance to a beautiful lake, Rathausplatz and restaurants, and Spar store. * Easy communication, helpful host. * Spacious apartment with a lovely balcony (stunning mountain view). * Fully equipped kitchen, much appreciated for long stays. * The Wi-Fi was reliable.

*The water pressure was low and the shower kept switching between hot and cold water, making it challenging to take a shower. *The towels and bedding had an unpleasant, musty odor. * Unfortunately, the mattress was quite uncomfortable -but it might be just due to our preferences.

Great place in old historical town. It was pleasure to stay there in large, comfy, quiet apartment with great view to both sides. It also contains cool, spacious balcony. A lot of fresh air can come from all sides. Flat is also decently and stylish renovated. Both kids love the place as well. Car can be parked around 10mins walk for free. Owner helped us and explained how to enter with a car. Thanks for a great time.

Entering with a car can be tricky but possible, anyway you can shortly park there if needed.

Everything was great, we were very satisfied. The flat was clean and spacious, having a nice and authentic atmosphere.

spacious apartment perfectly located to access shops, swimming spots and everything Gmunden has to offer. The mountain view from the terrace was stunning.

as it is on markt platz it was a little noisy early in the morning (Gmunden wakes up early) we stayed in Summer so had the windows open though. The kids found the Church Bells noisy. I wore ear plugs and wasn’t bothered at all - all part of the experience!

Excellent location, a lake is a 5-minute walk away.
