Bright clean great location

Good location, lots of cleaning supplies, iron, washing machines, etc.

Poor lighting in bathroom and kitchen, toilet seat needs tightening, poor drains in bathtub and bathroom sink, kitchen table was dirty.

Big and spacious apartment, good location

Dirtiest apartment that I ever seen. As a former hotelier I can tell you that owner need to change cleaning company immediately. Blood stains on the doors, shower curtain is yellow on the button probably of other people pee on that, carpets in the rooms which are outdated and from wall to wall wasn’t vacuum cleaned especially under the bed, closets in the rooms with a dust in it, kitchen kabinets wasn’t cleaned for a long time with all the dust in it. Thooth paste stains inside the kabinet in the bathroom, which can be easily removed if you clean it properly. And top of the top was falling down with my baby first night that we arrived at 4am bcs bed was sort of broken. 2400euros plus taxs for 10 nights without cleaning, changing towels, sheets, without anything is waay over priced. If you want cleaning but without changing sheets and towels owner told me that I can pay 60eur just for poor cleaning. It’s a shame, bcs with this spacious apartment and a little bit of renovation you can do a lot.

It's a nice apartment close to the Zell am See express cablecar. The city is close by as well. The building has a ski room and 1 parking spot per apartment. The apartment itself was spacious enough for 4 people. Most of the equipment we needed was there. The common area is also very nice and sufficient for a group of people.

The shower in the apartment was clogged so taking a quick shower was more like taking a bath. The mattress in the bedroom was very used and it had the shape of U - so both people basically "fall" into the middle. The pillows available were too big and uncomfortable. The light in one of the bedrooms was broken (turning on and off all the time very quickly, so we could only use the lamp). The kitchen didn't have cloths/rags available (only one for drying the dishes, but no for actually cleaning the kitchen desk). Also, the bathroom could use one soap at least, as most people don't travel with soap dispensers (only shampoos) and it would be nice for the hygiene of the guests to put one basic soap dispenser in the bathroom (there were none anywhere in the apartment). Last but not least, we had asked the host to heat the apartment at least a little before our arrival, he said they would but they didn't, so the place was quite cold and it took time to heat it to our liking - which in general was difficult. We would have appreciated more warmth in the common area during our stay but the heaters weren't able to heat that much (as it was -0: cold outside and the floor was also cold - you can heat it only to a certain extent, but don't get me wrong- it wasn't cold inside).
