Property as described- it is a small studio flat with no air con but we knew this, it was super clean, good facilities: coffee machine, dishwasher. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Great location.

No air con

I stayed here for 6 weeks and can definetly say it was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever experienced, especially for a long-term stay. The location is excellent, close to the city center, especially the nicer part and close to the tower access (a walking path that leads uphill is only a minute from the building). A lot of buses and trams stop right in front of the entrance, with great connections throughout the city and to all the main points of interest. The area also feels very safe, even late at night. I especially appreciated that the window in the room faced the hillside, and I could enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet. The room was clean and well-equipped, with everything you need: electric stove and oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware. The bed was large and comfortable. The heating system worked very well—being there during the winter and early spring, there were some cold days, but the room stayed warm and cozy (I even had to turn the heat down at times). In front of the building, there’s also a nice bakery with great coffee and pastries. More than that, communication with Marcel was very good. He always responded quickly to anything I needed or asked (thanks for everything!)

Very clean place and very well located to visit the city of Graz. The bed was a little soft for me but that is personal. This place in summer has no AC and can be a little humid but nothing that bad. I would recommend

This place is a little humid

The property was easy to reach by bus (#58 or #63) from the station in a quick ride (less than 5 minutes). The stop was metres from the front door of this quaint one- level apartment block. Close by is a tram stop that provides easy access to the historic town centre. We arrived in Graz on a miserable wet and cold day. It was lovely to enter the cozy apartment and to find a coffee-maker and capsules waiting for us. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, especially the kitchenette which had a wide range of appliances and cooking implements. It was a delight to stay here.

Location was perfect. The room was clean and well-equipped. The surrounding was quite.

Bed was to soft for us. Parking was a little bit far against to our expectation, but quite good oppurtinity.
