DEPerfect location meets perfect beds and a stunning view. Seriously, thank you to the host, I was expecting a great experience but it got even better. I love the location, not too close to the "village center" but perfeclty alinged in the middle of the TRAM (!) stops. So you can choose between a shorter and steeper way or a tiny longer way slowly down the hill. Seriously, it could not get any better. The supermarket is at the bottom of the village, the bus stop right in front of the door and the TRAM is connecting you easily (and for free!) to Innsbruck and the Sauna at the end of the valley. What do you want more? Especially with children this is pure joy! (Playground is right after visiting the goats, the cows, the chickens and there you go... a lovely playground!)
This is really hard, cause finally I found a perfect location to go trekking, skiing, hiking or just walking around in perfect scenery. Let me know if you find anything, it was clearly a great stay for us.

FRVery good location close to ski shuttle and tramway to Innsbruck. Well equipped and nice owner.
CZThe location of the guesthouse was excellent in relation to the surrounding ski resorts. The transportation connection to Innsbruck was also great, with a nearby tram stop. The accommodation was nice and spacious. The rooms had large double beds and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a capsule coffee maker and a toaster. Everything was clean. I can recommend it to everyone.
In the guesthouse, I would appreciate a stronger Wi-Fi signal.
ATThe location is great! Its near to the the cable cars. The host is very welcoming and helpful. She is always there if you need anything. You get a welcome card to use for transportation. Takecare that card is not applicable for the cable car in winter.
I think the pillows needs to be changed as they are not comfortable. A king bed blanket would be much better than 2 single bed blankets on the king bed.

GBThe property is in a lovely quiet village within easy reach by tram to Innsbruck. It was spacious, clean and warm as the outside temperature was -4C. A real positive for is was being given a welcome card by the host, giving us free travel on trams and buses and discounts to other attractions.

HUWe've received very warm welcome from our host despite of arriving quite late (8 p.m.). She gave us all necessary information. The apartment is spacious, clean, the beds are very comfortable. The location is beautiful.
MTPrivate parking is offered on site. The owner is always nearby, willing to offer any help possible. The public transport tickets provided by the host were also very welcome.
The TV only offered programs in German, which was useless to someone who does not understand the language.
