Apartment Gisi

Short answer, everything was perfect. If I ever go back to Innsbruck, I'll definitely stay there again. We got a warm welcome from Gisela, she showed us the apartment and did her best to make sure that we can have the perfect stay there. We had no clear plan for our arrival time, she totally understood our situation and made it easy for us to check-in in the early evening. The word clean is not enough when it comes to the cleanliness of the apartment, everything was shining including the bathroom. It was like no one was there before us. If I could give a point above 10, I wouldn't think twice to do so. 100% recommend it.

The apartment is so comfy and well equipped. The location is at Igls which is on the outskirt of Innsbruck but is easily reached by bus J from Innsbruck. Gisela was so helpful yet still gave us a privacy. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with dining table, sofa, and TV, a bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. It is like in your own home. We were provided with 2 public transport tickets which can be used on Innsbruck buses and trams. Very handy indeed. The apartment gave us a beautiful experience because we could hear flowing water stream from a small river and heard birds' chirping and singing. A soothing sound. Nearby there are restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket (5 minute walk).

Excellent location and very friendly hosts. Bus station and very close to the apartment and there are stunning views from the apartment window itself. Good park and activities for the kids nearby

I loved the location and the view of the mountain. The apartment was clean and tidy and the host was very pleasant and helpful.

Good checkin with owner. Nice touch of a couple of beers left 8n kitchen. Very clean.

Pillows were a little flat and unsupportive.

Quiet location in nice surroundings, very well communicated by public transport with Innsbruck, Patscherkofel and ski resorts in Stubai Valley. Excellent kitchen equipment. Comfortable beds. Friendly hosts who even let us use their private ski room with ski-boots dryer.

Slightly too high temperature in the apartament. The radiators in rooms have no heat regulation (we stayed there in January), but this is really insignificant inconvenience. You can always open the windows and cool down the interior.

The location exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were most helpful. We appreciated the personal attention to our questions and issue with our taxi when we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Because we travel light, we especially like the fact that we could do our laundry onsite. The village of Igls is extremely walkable and we used local busses to see Innsbruck. Our host's recommendation to take the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car from Innsbruck up into the mountains to see the city was most enjoyable. We loved the food in the local eateries and the beautiful fall colors during our stay.
