Absolutely impeccable, staff was really kind and client oriented, room exactly like they describe it, the view from the room was amazing

We had an incredible view of the mountains. It’s nicely placed between Gosausee and Hallstatt. There are a few convenience stores nearby so that was helpful.

The apartment was pristine clean, very well decorated. The balcony was huge and had a great view. This apartment is located at the Vital hotel property, there are people with permanent residence in this part of the building. When we visited the hotel was closed so couldn't visit the indoor spa and pool facilities. The owner Peter is a nice guy - he informed us beforehand about the situation. We were very troubled by the ongoing construction work in the next room during our stay, he provided proper communication and tried his best to help us out. Except for the noisy construction part, we had a good stay.

There was construction going on during our stay. It was constant drilling starting from 7:30 in the morning, it was terrible. But Peter tried hard to help us there, that was appreciated. Would have been nicer if the hotel and restaurant and pool facilities were open.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean apartment with beautiful mountain view.

Location is perfect, quiet village with easy access to all attractions (by car). Apartment has access to wellness in adjacent hotel, so perfect for rainy days. Clean, warm and fully functional even for longer stays than 3 days. Lovely view from the balcony.

The hotel was fully booked, so parking was a challenge, but managed to find space all days.

The owner is not so polite. The apartment was pricey.

Sauna and indoor pool and relaxation room were a real plus. Kitchen was small but had all essential appliances including a microwave, toaster, teapot, coffee maker, cooktop, and small refrigerator. Lobby area was cozy and inviting.

Wifi was unsecured and was sketchy to connect to but phone service was good so not really a problem

The location exceeded our expectation. Central location, It's easy to acces to, safe parking and offers many facilities. It's best for families. The view from the bed is spectacular (montain views, Gosau Village, river, horses..so much more), the apartament is clean and fully equipt with everthing you need. Clean, confy, quiet and best views. We had a great time, In our opinion this is the best location from Gosau. The host is kind and welcoming.
