Nothing was positive. The person responsible for giving the keys was in Turkey and sent a friend of hers who had no idea how to heat the cold house with windows open in November. We were expected to spend 3 nights in such horrible conditions. Besides, the accommodation had terrible mouldy smell inside. When we said we did not want to stay at the place, the owner accepted a cancellation but only to get us out of the house so that we could not take any photos. When we were out of the house our demand for cancellation with refund was rejected. The deceitful owner of Indian background simple stole our 250 plus Euros.

The owner is really a corrupt person who uses the accommoation to extract money from potential customers on booking.com. The reason he only allows non refundable booking is to get his money beforehand and force unsuspecting guests to stay in the accommodation with unacceptable conditions. The accommadation is in very POOR condition with no functional heating and with a bad smell of humidity. The property owner neither cancelled our booking nor gave the keys again so we had to spend the night in our hired car by the road. I repeatedly called the booking.com during a 3-day reservation, however, he never replied positively to my demand for a refund and giving the keys. The owner is shady and dishonest person who should never be in the hospitality management business. He lied first by accepting a refund inside the flat to prevent us from taking photos of the place. Once he got us out of the house with his fall promise of refund he rejected the cancellation and have not returned the accomodation fee(250 plus Euros). He simply locked us out using tricks and took our money.
