Apartment with an last trends Austrian style, brand new, excellent location (10min from Soelden by car, and bus station next to it), has everything.

Excellent apartment in a very convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from Giggijochbahn in Sölden. There is a bus stop right across the street. Our apartment was a 65m2 ground floor flat with two en suite bedrooms, spacious dinning area with a kitchen, and an extra bed in the living room. The apartment has its own terrace, personal storage for ski equipment in the basement, and free, spacious parking right in front of the building. The area is quiet and family friendly. The apartment was immaculately clean, well equipped and spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults. It looked like we were one of the first guests since everything seemed to be brand new. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware, en suite bathrooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and the property is well insulated. Our host Simon was very friendly and welcoming, arranged for an easy check-in, thus making our stay even more comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit Sölden.

we got there at the evening and the host sent us details info on how to get our key cards from the locker. it was very easy. we were in the big one on second floor. it was clean, big, with great view. my only comment for Oetz visitor it is far from A12 and you will need to spent 20-30 minutes drive in the valley. on the other side if you are looking for attraction in the valley (Aqua dome, Soelden, and so on) it is great location.

This place is simply superb and the people running it make you feel that you are part of the family. You get above what you have expected. The apartment is spacious, modern and beautiful, the scenery from the windows is captivating. It's surrounded by beautiful mountains and green fields and a little river where you can have your morning strolls and the bike riding. Everything is clean and neat. The apartment has two rooms with double bed each. Each room with a private bathroom. The kitchen has everything from the little detail to the coffee machine to even a sparkling water machine. They have a laundry and a dryer. There is also a room in the back to lock your bikes and charge the electric bikes if needed. The place is so close to restaurants and some activities. I tried two of these restaurants and the food is great. 10 mins walking. I highly recommend this place.
