Kitchen furniture and the clothes hanger have small damages

Location was relatively good. Quite a big apartment.

Every expense has been spared to provide this apartment for guests. Pillows old and lumpy, the window shades are old and falling apart, they don't cover the entire window so you need an eye mask to sleep otherwise you'll be awake at the crack of dawn. The shower glass acts as the kitchen splashback and is transparent, meaning if someone is in the kitchen they can watch you shower. Only okay if travelling with a partner, would be weird if travelling with a friend. No body wash or shampoo is provided, only handwash. Handwash isn't used as shampoo and body wash. Considering big bottles can be purchased for €1 or €2 from the shops, I'm not sure why it cannot be provided? It is a pain to have to buy it and then travel around with big bottles. Should be a minimum that they provide the guests. There is only a fan and despite being there in autumn, it was still very warm in the apartment. I would avoid staying here in the warmer months. It is just okay, and very basic, if they didn't cut corners to save a few euros it would be much more comfortable and a higher rating.

The bed looked like and smelt like someone had slept in it, the mirror in the bathroom was falling of the wall, no extra toilet paper

Central location and comfortable apartment. Space is well distributed. Reasonable value.

No AC. No TV. No safe place to secure bicycles (may not be applicable to you).

Great apartment in central Linz. Would definitely stay again.
