Smart Liv'in Laabnerhof

We received a spacious room with a balcony and a kitchenette. In the bathroom, the shower was separated from the toilet by a door. It was clean, and considering Austrian price standards, the conditions were very good. The location was ideal for us, as the hotel served as a base for exploring all of Lower Austria. However, as a destination in itself, the town offers few attractions. Parking spaces are located behind the building.

Quiet and pleasant place not far from Vienna, perfect for relaxing walks. The apartment is comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean bedding. We had a great time here and this is not our first stay — we are happy to come back again.

Everything. Clean, comfortable, warm apartment. Very nice staff and good communication with them. The place was calm and quiet. Small things like a welcome chocolate in the bed, good cosmetic in the biiig bathroom, extra towels were really pleasant surprise. You have a big common area with board games etc that we unfortunately didn’t have time to use.

Nothing. Everything was great! The only thing we needed was a sponge for the dishes and it will be nicer with a toilet paper with better quality.

Er is geen geluidsoverlast, kamer is ruim, mooie gemeenschappelijke ontmoetingsruimte met prachtig uitzicht.

Tijdens ons verblijf van 10 dagen is het bed op ons verzoek 1 keer verschoond, verder is de kamer, ondanks mijn vraag, niet meer schoongemaakt. Er waren in de kamer ook geen schoonmaakmiddelen, stofzuiger e.d. aanwezig.

Quiet neighborhood, apartment was quiet, good location, good size rooms. Communal livingroom was great, especially when you are there with other groups.

Coffee machine didn't really work, the coffee cups do not fit, both the Nespresso or Cremeso cups. Missing a reading lamp next to the sofa. Shower was small.
