Nice location. 10 min walk to city center and nice and easy car connection. Comfortable. Good logistics for skills. Parking available and convenient. Modern and fairly new furniture and equipment. Well equipped kitchen. Large terrace.

More coffee patrons can be there at least one for each persons for each day. There were few glasses and plates. Only three glasses for wine and only two glasses for shnaps. No body/hair wash lotion/liquid. To few toilet papers. This are small but important thinks for an excellent 10 grade :)

Gastgeber hat beim Empfang auf uns gewartet, die Räumlichkeiten gezeigt und uns in die Besonderheiten, z.B. Entsorgung der Abfälle eingeweiht. Für die Entsorgung von Papier, Plastik und Glas waren zusätzliche Taschen in der Wohnung vorhanden, die vom Gastgeber auch nach Bedarf entsorgt wurden.

Alles war in Ordnung
