NOOR - Central Comfy Apartment - Self Check-in

It has spacious rooms and the self check-in is really useful. There is a nespresso machine and capsules are provided as well. The wifi is really reliable and fast.

One of the beds was completely broken, on the first night had to sleep on the floor, on request the host brought an other one. The cleaning was mediocre, it feels a thorough cleaning was not done in years and so is general maintenance. There are no wardrobes to store the clothes in or a coach to sit down.

The location was close to the center and the Apartment was spacious.

It was very poorly equipped, there was no soap which was very inconvinient because we arrived late and couldn't even wash our hands, while supermarkets were already closed..there were only two coffee capsules for for persons and not enough towels.. Our bed was broken and poorly fixed with tape, so we hat to fix the planks several times during the night..in General no good value for money..

Location, very spacious, had everything we needed. Good blinds and noise reduction, although being near a railway track, you could barely hear the trains.

There is wrong description in the images, it's written that the room is downstairs but it was upstairs and my mother who cannot walk very well, we had to go upstairs everytime The wifi username and password was incorrect, we couldn't connect with the wifi

The host provided all relevant information about self check-in before our arrival. Also they’ve provided information about parking rules, restaurants nearby. There are 2 spacious rooms with plenty of space. The location maybe it wasn’t the best but it was close to the main train station and at 20 min walking distance from city center and main attractions.

The cleaning was mediocre, especially in the bathroom. The drains of the bathroom sink and shower I think were clogged and the water puddles for long time. I informed the host anout this issue after our arrival but he/she didn’t reply. The bed sheets from one of the rooms had a bad smell looking like it wasn’t changed before our arrival. Also the bed are not so comfortable and stable.

Beds were taped together with painters tape, which certainly didn't work, as they were sinking towards the middle. Had to move the mattress to the floor. Cleaning was mediocre with dust in corners and on all the furniture. Kitchen missed cutlery, and owen was not cleaned at all. Very noisy location.
