Mieszkanie na parterze, dedykowane miejsce parkingowe. Wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty kuchenne są dostępne (ekspress na kapsułki Nespresso), łazienka z wanną, ogólnie czysto (lodówka!).

Lekko zużyty, trochę poobijane ściany, jakaś listwa przypodłogowa oderwana, przydałyby się hokery/taborety w kuchni. Popsuty czajnik - oderwana klapka, można się oparzyć.

The apartment is conveniently located to the main walking street of Krems and the bus connection to the Wachau Valley. It is on the ground floor and is very attractive, spacious and comfortable with all modern conveniences. The bathroom was large with great lighting. We did not use the patio because the weather was too cool. We did encounter a problem entering the apartment as we were never sent the access code. Standing at the door after a long travel day, we were finally able to get the code from the former owner. Unfortunately, it cost us a call at international rates. The former owner was subsequently very responsive and made a trip to the apartment to address issues we encountered... such a dishes left in the dishwasher and the refrigerator/freezer that had to be defrosted before use. He was very apologetic and spent a great deal of time explaining operating instructions for internet, TV, etc., since there were no written instructions. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment for its attractiveness, comfort and convenience.

It would have been helpful to have written instructions in several languages for connecting to wi-fi, for operating the TV, the washing machine, and other appliances. We also didn't know where or how to dispose of kitchen wastes.

Lage und sehr großzügig. Küchen Ausstattung super.

In der Küche viele kleine Mücken. Reinigung?!

Martin ist super nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert, trotz dem günstigen Preis.

Had a wonderful 1 night stay here on my cycle trip. Could have easily stayed longer and enjoyed the garden. Great flat with all the amenities you could need.
