الموقع جدا ممتاز وهادي واطلالته حلوه وبعيد شوي عن سنتر المدينه يعني 5 دقايق بالسياره الشقه روعه بكل ما تحمله الكلمه مساحات ممتازه واثاث نظيف وفخم وراقي وتجيهزات كامله للمطبخ . يوجد مصعد يخدمنا في الاغراض والشنط اغلب سكانها خليجين انصح فيها واذا لي زياره ثانيه بسكن فيها

وجود حمام واحد فقط وعدم وجود تكييف مع ان الجو كان بارد وقتها

Location, size of the appartement, kitchen, avalability of sony and all rooms having TVs.

1-No floor drain in bathroom that result in water acumulation on floor after shower that need manual drying and if you leave it than onwer will deduct from the ensurance money. 2- many spiders web that was no cleaned 3- no garpige bags in apartement for daily use as only one was provided while we rented for 04 days 4- key collection and returen that need you to go to kaprun center to collect and returen the key while all other onwers use safety box for this 5- Enaurance money 250 Euro that is hold for 30 days !!

We love this apartment, we have rented this apartment before and returned for the great facilities and location. The kitchen overall was good, with stove, microwave, dishwasher and adequate utensils. The tv was large, connected to Netflix, YouTube etc, and a playstation. Lounge area was spacious, and the dining area great. This property has a very large balcony I imagine would be perfect in warmer weather. The shared sauna was great, we used it most days and it heats up in 15min. The ski drying room is great too! Bathroom is adequate and has a washing machine that worked great. Parking was spacious and marked for each apartment, 2 spaces were allocated. Only a 10-15 minute walk into town, closer to drive, and a Billa supermaket a few hundred metres away. The view from balcony was nice.

The beds in both rooms had slats under the mattress that kept falling out causing the mattress to sink (but could be fixable - Management?) The fridge doesn't keep a very cold temperature and I think needs to be replaced.
