Room 203 I have traveled all over the world for both work and leisure, and this is by far the most unsatisfactory and unwelcoming hotel apartment I've ever encountered. You can attempt to sleep peacefully, but the outside lights continually turn on and off, and the sound of passing cars ensures you are frequently disturbed. The rays of lights comes in. They charge an extra 70¢ for a coffee pod, despite the fact that the water tank is filthy and covered in mold. I was moved to another room, 107, which was even worse, akin to being trapped in a basement. There was no window blind, and the curtain was insufficient to block the incoming light. The bed in 203 makes so much noise that it becomes extremely uncomfortable. The fridge still had food left inside, clearly indicating that it wasn't cleaned properly.

First time in my life I faced the requirement to pay cash for…switching on air conditioning 😮 Also there is no remote control for air conditioner. Someone just left it switched, no chance to adapt the temperature in the room for your own needs. And this cost 5 EUR😀 You need to order on advance the service of switching your air conditioning😬 In addition, you should pay for coffee capsules also in…cash! This the most strange experience in our life. I would prefer either to pay for everything or not to have it, but honestly declared in the overview of the apartment. It looks like, we have a lot but you should pay additionally for literally everything. This has a spirit of avoiding taxation in a very „smart manner“…

The flat is very nice and spacious, clean. Parking also great at low cost. The customer service was excellent, very helpful. The location is not that great unless you are visiting the fair, no markets or food near by, the nearest supermarket around 10 min walk

Just the kocation not so great

Great location, big apartment, very kind and helpful staff.

I couldn’t use any pods for cooking because they were overused. Also didn’t have any pans.
