Everything was perfect

Kitchen had dishes but unfortunately no salt, no baking pan for the oven and missing other stuff too.

Modern, quiet, looked after. Two doors separate bedrooms which muffled noise massively. Facilities which made my experience, fresh bread, cured meat and of course, equipment dry room, sauna & jacuzzi. At least three reputable restaurants in walking distance and a mini supermarket. Free ski bus stop 30 seconds away.

To my knowledge the steam room wasn't functional. Also in the spa there was a tap for water but no cups to drink with and don't forget your room towel!

Newly furnished. Nothing else

The reception was rarely open in the short time periods it was meant to be open (opening times written on the door). There was no one to help when we had problems, got locked out because other residents took our cards in the ski locker room and again in the wellness centre. Also nobody there when we checked out so will we get our deposit returned?.... They forgot to open the wellness centre for a full day and nobody in reception to fix it. There are less boot racks than hotel beds so most mornings had cold wet boots and evenings returning on the last bus we have the awkward fight for rack space. The heating in the building is 400 degrees F during the night which is really uncomfortable. They charge for any extra towels and give a slither of washing up detergents regardless of the length of your stay, so be prepared to buy your own and face the rest of the hotel residents attempting to take your clean towels in the wellness centre if you don't pay absolute attention to everyones movements. Also the floor is dangerously slippery when wet in the wellness centre and the wall copings are sharp as a knife so easy to slice yourself on the sharp edges when you inevitably slip - that was not a highlight! The ski slopes were great though and the bus stop is close.

Apartments were spacious and clean. Excellent for traveling with infants and groups.

The property is nice and cozy. You can walk morning in the nature. There is a supermarket with a bakery near it, 5 minutes walk. I booked an apartment with three rooms, every room with its bathroom which makes it comfortable.

There is no iron or washing machine.
