Apartamento muy bonito y perfecto para pasar unos días, faltaba un artículo en el apartamento, se lo comenté al anfitrión y lo resolvió en cuestión de minutos.

Wohnung ist sehr sauber und neuwertig. Lage ist super.

Comfortable, quiet, petite apartment, well located within a short walk of the old town etc. Communication with owner was good with a couple of issues experienced on arrival quickly resolved.

We found the instructions for access very limited and misleading, which was down an alleyway, and would have been helped by a nameplate or similar on the main door. Also, there was no wifi available on arrival but was resolved after contacting the owner and rebooting the router. Generally more instructions in the apartment would have been helpful, eg for heating, which was outside on a notice board in the hall.

It's a very nice, well-equipped apartment in a central location. I also enjoyed the organic cleaning products and soaps.

It can get warm in the attic apartment but we opened the windows.

No real sitting area. TV in bedroom

It's a perfect place in the city centre of Graz. It's located very conveniently close to all the city attractions, shops, public transport and at same time very quiet. Spotless clean and very well equipped. There is a dishwasher and all the possible utensils you need in the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. The check in can't be easier, as you simply pick up the key from the key box. I'd love to stay there again whenever I'm in Graz.
