Haus Maria

Sehr gemütliche und vor allem saubere Wohnung. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr liebevoll und hat uns eine Freude gemacht zum Geburtstag unserer Tochter. Es wurde an alles gedacht und alle Wünsche wurden von der höflichen Dame des Hauses sofort erfüllt. Zudem ist die Lage super mit Blick in die Berge. Wir würden immer wieder gerne unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and well equipped. It is centally located, with many walks, bike tails, crags, and via ferratas within a short distance. The owner, Gabrielle, was in touch before our trip, advising us on the travel conditions. The valley road was damaged by the floods in the preceding week, but it was reassuring to know that Gabrielle was monitoring the situation. In the end, it was repaired just in time, and the journey was smooth. The check-in was easy. We were greeted at the property by Gabrielle 's sister and showed us to our apartment. It was my wife's birthday during that week. We didn't mention it, but Gabrielle must have worked it out from the tourist tax form... .Imagine my wife's surprise when she found a card and a little present left on the doorstep for her. That was so nice! We had a wonderful time in the Otztal and will surely return in the future!

The host, Gabriele, was very helpful and friendly. Haus Maria was very comfortable and clean - excellent facilities - and very close to the Snow Bus to Solden and Gurgl. Huben is also a great village - lots of good restaurants within walking distance - a bakery and a supermarket.

It would be good if the three tvs were smart so you could use Netflix or other streaming services on them. For longer stays it would be good to have access to laundry facilities.
