Landhaus Gappmaier

Absolutely EVERYTHING. The facilities are perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Wifi is on fire. The owners (Mr. George and his sweet father and mother-in-law) are very kind and nice to us. We really felt like we are in our home. The view is breathtaking. I really loved the place and i will book this place in my future visits to Zell am see

Not a single thing.

Its location was simply stunning. The view from the kitchen, master bedroom and sitting room was breathtaking overlooking Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains. Its location to the town was super too once you didn’t mind a 15 mins hill walk. The owners were very hospitality and helpful throughout.

The property was excellent, really comfortable and with great facilities. it’s about a 15 minute walk into the town and longer on the way back as it’s uphill (we took taxis after skiing/apres ski) but it us worth it for the views. they are exceptional and some of the best I’ve ever enjoyed from a holiday property. right down over the lake with snow capped mountains in the background. the family were also really friendly and helpful.

Nothing, it’s a great place to stay.

the property is newly renovated. It's minimalistic style offers plenty of space and creates a cozy family atmosphere. However we have everything we needed for a self service stay. The host is extremely warm, always available and in the same time offers you full privacy. The view is amazing (3 sets of windows and a balcony) over the Zell am See lake and city and in the same time very quite and peaceful.
